well better late than never… I guess the reason why WZ is the language barrier. Without understanding the lyrics you listen to nice and sometimes touching melodies, but
that’s about it. But WITH the words… OMG!

My goodness, only the last two albums? You’re missing A LOT. As a long-time Zevon fan, I suggest you quickly add his self-titled CD and “Excitable Boy,” then fill in the rest. WZ was one of the few performers who was consistently brilliant throughout his career. …are we dead, alive or just digital?
Sometimes I miss the smell of those chemicals in the darkroom, did it for some years, now the equipment is covered with dust.
And there is no choice of different films and papers anymore.
It was alchemy.
